About the Organization Leadership Role Card

The Organization Leadership Role Card helps individuals understand how organizational leaders contribute to responsible AI adoption and where leadership involvement is needed. Designed for executives, senior leaders, business leaders, AI project teams, and others involved in organizational AI adoption, it clarifies leadership responsibilities for areas such as strategic direction, priorities, investment, accountability, risk tolerance, organizational support, and expectations for responsible AI use.

Use the role card when an AI initiative requires leadership direction, sponsorship, resources, or decisions that extend beyond an individual team. It helps users understand what organizational leaders should contribute, which decisions require leadership involvement, and how leaders can create the conditions that allow people to adopt AI effectively and responsibly.

The role card helps users develop a clearer understanding of leadership responsibilities in AI adoption, when to involve organizational leaders, and how leadership decisions affect successful adoption. This AI Adoption Lab resource supports individual understanding within the Unified AI Adoption Model, particularly the Learn, Evaluate, and Protect stages of the Personal AI Adoption Framework (PAAF).
