Time to Complete: 5–10 minutes per week

Purpose: Help you track how you’re using AI in your real work, what’s working well, and where to improve or scale.

Why This Matters

You’ve explored AI. You’ve tested prompts. Now it’s time to build a routine.

This tracker helps you:

  • Reflect on how often you use AI

  • Identify which tasks are becoming AI-assisted habits

  • Spot opportunities to refine or expand your workflow

  • Build confidence in using AI thoughtfully and consistently

  2. What didn’t go well, and what would you try differently next time?

  3. Any prompt(s) you’d like to save or refine for reuse?

Section 4: Skill Progress Tracker (Optional)

Check off as your AI use becomes more confident and routine.
