AI outputs can sound polished and confident even when they are incomplete, misleading, biased, or wrong. The AI Output Reliability Radar helps everyday AI users evaluate whether a response is trustworthy enough to use by checking factors such as accuracy, completeness, bias, audience fit, and the consequences of getting it wrong—so they can decide whether to use, revise, retry, escalate, or discard the result.

Wide infographic titled “AI Output Reliability Radar” from Unified AI Adoption. It explains why the activity matters, how it helps users assess whether AI output can be trusted, what it evaluates, and who it is for. A radar graphic highlights six review areas: accuracy, source support, completeness, relevance, bias check, and confidence. Four panels explain the purpose, the challenge it solves, what the activity does, and the intended audience, including individual contributors, managers, project and program leaders, analysts, content creators, researchers, and other knowledge workers. A bottom step flow shows: review the output, assess across key factors, see your results, and take action.
