Purpose: To help you reflect on your current level of AI understanding and comfort—so you can track your progress, identify knowledge gaps, and take the next best step in using AI confidently.


Why This Matters

This worksheet helps you assess how confident and informed you are about AI—particularly how AI works inside tools. Your answers help identify where you're solid and where you might want to explore next.
