About: AI Workflow Galaga

AI Workflow Galaga is a free interactive AI learning game from Unified AI Adoption that helps individuals, teams, and organizations decide how much AI involvement is appropriate for different types of work. Players match incoming tasks to one of four approaches: AI Assist, Automate, AI + Review, or Human-Only. The game teaches users to evaluate the task, level of risk, need for human judgment, and accountability before deciding whether AI should support, complete, or stay out of the work. Examples include drafting, summarizing, routing support tickets, classification, translation, financial approval, legal judgment, and people decisions.

Use AI Workflow Galaga for AI literacy, workflow analysis, automation planning, responsible AI training, human-in-the-loop education, and AI adoption workshops. It complements the AI Workflow Matchmaker and reinforces that the goal is not maximum automation, but the right fit between AI, the task, and the human role.
