Wide AI Arcade infographic for “AI Productivity Dash” from Unified AI Adoption, styled like a retro side-scrolling workday game. A pixel worker moves through tasks such as drafting, reviewing, meeting, analyzing, responding, and planning while dashboard indicators track time left, tasks completed, net value, and revisions. Four panels explain why the game matters, what players practice, what they learn, and who it is for. The activity helps users decide when to use AI, when human work is better, when to verify or refine outputs, and how to balance time savings, rework, quality, and business value rather than maximizing AI use.

AI Productivity Dash is an interactive AI learning game from Unified AI Adoption that helps individuals, teams, and organizations understand when AI actually improves productivity—and when it does not. Players work through a simulated eight-hour workday and decide whether to use AI, complete a task manually, or skip it based on the task’s business value, manual effort, AI fit, and verification needs. The game accounts for the time AI may save as well as the time required to verify and correct AI output, showing why faster generation does not automatically create greater value. Tasks range from summarization, drafting, classification, and customer-comment analysis to hiring, legal review, financial exceptions, and other work requiring stronger human judgment.

Use AI Productivity Dash for AI productivity training, workforce education, AI use-case evaluation, workflow improvement, team workshops, and responsible AI adoption. It complements the AI Productivity Tracker and reinforces a practical measure of AI productivity: the useful value delivered after accounting for time saved, verification, correction, and rework.
