Wide AI Arcade infographic titled “Model Maze” from Unified AI Adoption, designed as a retro game-style banner that introduces the Model Maze activity. A maze path across the top shows clue icons for privacy, reasoning, multimodal input, context, and cost leading to a Model Gate. Four panels explain why the game matters, what players practice, what they should learn, and who it is for. The infographic shows that players learn to match AI models to task requirements, compare model strengths, evaluate tradeoffs, and make better model choices. It is presented for business users, analysts, creators, students, and others who want to make more informed AI model decisions.

AI Model Maze is a free interactive AI learning game from Unified AI Adoption that helps individuals, teams, and organizations learn how to choose the right type of AI model for a task. Players work through realistic business scenarios, collect clues about requirements such as reasoning, quality, context size, multimodal input, privacy, governance, speed, and cost, then select the model profile that best fits the work.

The game covers reasoning-focused, multimodal, long-context, enterprise/privacy-controlled, and lightweight AI models and teaches users to evaluate the task before choosing a vendor or product. Use AI Model Maze for AI literacy, team training, AI adoption planning, responsible AI education, and model-selection practice. It complements the LLM Fit Finder and other practical resources in the Unified AI Adoption library and is available online for users in Washington, DC, across the United States, and globally.
