The completed tracker creates a consistent record that can support performance reviews, oversight, and decisions about continued use. This AI Adoption Lab activity supports responsible AI adoption and the Scale and Govern stages of the Strategic AI Adoption Framework (SAAF) within the Unified AI Adoption Model.
