Before investing in AI, organizations need to understand where they stand. This index helps evaluate your team or department's current AI maturity level—not just in tools and data, but in skills, ethics, and alignment. It forms the foundation for responsible, scalable AI planning.

Score each category from 1 (Low) to 5 (High) using the rubric provided.
Use the radar chart or total score to discuss your readiness and next steps.
Repeat over time to measure progress.

Maturity Index Categories
