AI Coach Mode is an interactive AI learning game from Unified AI Adoption that helps users practice peer coaching for real-world AI challenges. Players respond to six workplace scenarios by choosing among five coaching moves: Clarify the Goal, Ask a Question, Surface the Risk, Suggest a Safer Next Step, or Encourage Verification. The game teaches that effective AI coaching is not about taking over someone else’s work; it is about helping them think more clearly, recognize risks, verify important information, and decide what to do next. Scenarios include AI-generated client proposals, sensitive employee data, policy interpretation, weak prompts, workflow automation, and reviewing AI drafts.


Use AI Coach Mode for AI literacy, peer coaching, workforce training, responsible AI adoption, team learning, change management, and human-centered AI support. It complements the AI Peer Coaching Guide and reinforces coaching practices that build clarity, safety, trust, and confidence to act while preserving the other person’s judgment and ownership.
