Throughout the Program: What Makes It Work

  • People-first, not product-first: We focus on your team’s real challenges and priorities—not on pushing any specific tool or platform. That makes your results more relevant and long-lasting.

  • Customized Resources: We work with you to adapt them to your organization’s context—ensuring relevance across departments, functions, and maturity levels.

  • Structured process with room to flex: The program follows a proven cadence designed to keep momentum without overwhelming your team. Each milestone builds toward measurable, sustainable progress.

  • Strategic alignment built in: We guide your team through critical questions that surface misalignments, clarify ownership, and accelerate decision-making—so AI efforts aren’t stuck in pilot mode.

  • A peer cohort that makes you smarter: You’ll learn alongside others facing similar blockers, offering fresh insights, real examples, and a community of support beyond your walls.

Frequently Asked Questions

What will we get from participating in the AI Accelerator?

You’ll gain a clear view of your organization’s current stage on the SAAF, personalized coaching to advance one key area of adoption, access to exclusive SAAF/PAAF tools and templates, and the support of a peer cohort to exchange lessons, unblock progress, and build momentum.

Why is this program free? What’s in it for you?

Your participation helps us improve and validate the SAAF/PAAF frameworks, strengthen real-world case studies, and cultivate long-term relationships with organizations committed to responsible AI—many of whom become partners, contributors, or champions.

How do we schedule our 1:1 sessions? You’ll receive a scheduling link each month to book your 1:1 strategy session at a time that works for your team. We recommend selecting a slot early in the month to give your team time to act on the outputs.

Who should attend the sessions? Each session is slightly different, but in general:

  • Kickoff + Cohort Sessions: The original applicant or a designated internal lead

  • 1:1 Strategy Sessions: Cross-functional leaders and key implementers (we provide recommendations for each month)

How much time should we plan to commit each month? We recommend setting aside about 3–5 hours per month total:

  • 1 hour for the strategy session

  • 30 minutes for the mid-month check-in (estimated)

  • 30 minutes for the cohort session

  • Plus 1–3 hours for completing your assignment (estimated)

What if we fall behind? No problem. The program is designed to be flexible. We’ll help you re-sequence your plan without losing momentum. All cohort sessions will be recorded for later viewing and you have the option to record your 1:1s.

Are the resources we receive customized? Yes. While we provide templates, checklists, and examples, we’ll work with you during each 1:1 to adapt them to your goals, workflows, and culture. What you build will reflect your organization—not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Is this focused on a particular product or vendor? No—unless your cohort has specifically requested a product focus. The Unified AI Adoption Framework (SAAF/PAAF) is vendor-neutral and designed to work with any AI solution.

Who is Connect Centric and what’s their role? Connect Centric is the approved service provider for this program. Their team includes experienced project managers, business analysts, and developers who support implementation and execution. The Unified AI Adoption team provides the framework and educational resources—but does not deliver consulting or technical services. Learn more about Connect Centric at connectcentric.com.

Can we invite more people from our team to sessions? Absolutely. We encourage you to involve those responsible for implementation, governance, or change management. Just be mindful of session time so everyone has space to contribute.

Will we receive a certificate or recognition? At the end of the program, your team will have the option to submit a summary of your outputs for recognition or potential inclusion in case studies or future showcases. This is entirely optional.

What if we want to keep going after the 3 months? We’d love to see your progress continue. While the Unified AI Adoption team is focused on maintaining the framework, creating resources, and delivering training—not long-term implementation support—Connect Centric offers paid services to help you go further. We’ll share those options as the accelerator wraps up.
