Welcome to the AI Accelerator! Over the next three months, your organization will move through a focused, guided experience designed to help you advance one critical stage of AI adoption—with clarity, structure, and support. This accelerator is intentionally paced. The goal isn’t to do everything at once, but to experiment, reflect, and apply learning in a way that sticks.
Program Structure at a Glance
Duration: 3 months
Core cadence each month:
One 45-minute 1:1 strategy session (early in the month)
Independent work (deliverable + experimentation)
One 30 minute end-of-month cohort session
Deliverables: Typically 3 total (one per month)
Core experiment: One tool-centered experiment
Certificate & Badge: Enterprise AI Adoption (awarded at completion)
Orientation (Required)
Kickoff: Pre-Recorded Video
Instead of a live kickoff meeting, you’ll receive a short pre-recorded video that covers:
How the accelerator works (cadence, expectations, milestones)
How to access resources
How to prepare for Month 1
Watch it on your schedule before Month 1 begins.
Assessment (Required)
You must complete the Unified AI Adoption Assessment before your first 1:1.
This assessment is:
The primary input for your first strategy session
Required to generate your custom accelerator plan
A required deliverable noted on your plan
If the assessment isn’t complete, the 1:1 can’t be fully productive.
Private Discussion Group
After you complete the assessment, you’ll receive access to a private discussion group where participants:
ask questions between sessions
share early experiments and lessons learned
compare approaches and templates
surface blockers and get unstuck faster
read industry updates and get exclusive resources
This group is one of the best parts of the accelerator—use it often.
Month 1: Assessment & Alignment
Goal: Establish a clear baseline, align on focus, and level-set the cohort so everyone learns faster together.
1:1 Strategy Session (45 minutes)
Timing: Scheduled during the first two weeks of the month, so you have time to experiment and reflect before the cohort meeting at the end of the month. You’ll receive recurring calendar invites for monthly 1:1s. If the proposed time doesn’t work, you can use “Suggest a new time” to reschedule.
Who should attend
The person who applied
Optional: 1–2 cross-functional partners (IT, transformation, governance, change, operations)
What we’ll cover
Review your assessment results
Clarify goals and constraints
Select one core focus area for the accelerator
Confirm your Month 1 deliverable and success indicators
Outline your personalized 3-month accelerator plan (deliverables + experiment + milestones)
Month 1 Deliverable (You complete; I provide)
You’ll complete one practical deliverable aligned to your focus area. I’ll send the deliverable instructions/templates, and you’ll do the work. Examples include:
a governance draft or charter
an AI use-case inventory or mapping exercise
a lightweight intake / review workflow
an enablement or adoption outline
Month 1 Cohort Session: Get-to-Know-You (30 minutes)
This first group session is designed to:
introduce participants and context
share what each org is trying to accomplish
level-set understanding across roles and AI maturity levels
identify shared themes and common blockers early
This session helps the cohort learn faster by building a shared foundation.
Month 2: Experimentation
Goal: Run a focused experiment, learn what works in your environment, and share results with the cohort.
1:1 Strategy Session (45 minutes)
Timing: Scheduled during the first two weeks of the month, so you have time to run the experiment before the end-of-month cohort session.
This session focuses on:
refining your plan based on Month 1 outcomes
selecting the right experiment
confirming how you’ll measure success
troubleshooting risks before you start
Core Tool-Centered Experiment (You choose; I guide; you run it)
Each participant conducts one hands-on experiment, centered on a core AI tool, workflow, or system relevant to their organization.
You decide the experiment topic (based on what matters most to your org)
I send the how-to instructions and success criteria
You run the experiment independently and capture outcomes
Month 2 Cohort Session: Show & Tell (30 minutes)
This session is entirely dedicated to:
participant presentations
demos and “what we tried” walkthroughs
results and lessons learned
Q&A
No lecture—just practical peer learning.
Month 2 Deliverable (You complete; I provide)
You’ll complete your second deliverable, aligned to what you learn from the experiment (template/instructions provided by me).
Month 3: Sustain & Plan What’s Next
Goal: Turn what you learned into durable practices and a clear roadmap beyond the accelerator.
1:1 Strategy Session (45 minutes)
Timing: Scheduled during the first two weeks of the month, so you can finalize deliverables early and use the rest of the month to socialize and operationalize.
Focus areas include:
embedding what worked into real workflows
defining ownership and governance continuity
planning next steps for the next 6–12 months
Month 3 Deliverable (You complete; I provide)
You’ll complete your third deliverable—typically a “sustainment” artifact such as:
a 6–12 month roadmap
an adoption communications outline
a governance continuity plan (owners, cadence, escalation paths)
Month 3 Cohort Session: Lessons Learned & Next Steps (30 minutes)
A closing session to share:
what changed most for each participant
what they’re taking back to their teams
what they’ll do next
optional opportunities for future showcases or case studies
Bonus: A Community Class
In many cohorts, I’ll add an optional class that’s open to the broader community on a topic the accelerator participants select. Example topic from a previous cohort, Enabling Enterprise-wide Search. This gives you:
broader feedback from the community
additional examples and use cases
a chance to compare how other organizations are approaching similar challenges
Language & Access
The accelerator is delivered online and requires reliable access to video conferencing and the private discussion group.
The primary delivery language is English.
We do accept non-English-speaking applications when we can identify a knowledgeable local partner who can support that language group.
These requirements directly affect access to coaching, cohort discussions, and the ability to participate fully in group Q&A and presentations.
Recognition
At the end of the accelerator, participants receive:
an Enterprise AI Adoption Certificate
a digital badge recognizing completion
Throughout the Program: What Makes It Work
People-first, not product-first: We focus on your team’s real challenges and priorities—not on pushing any specific tool or platform. That makes your results more relevant and long-lasting.
Customized Resources: We work with you to adapt them to your organization’s context—ensuring relevance across departments, functions, and maturity levels.
Structured process with room to flex: The program follows a proven cadence designed to keep momentum without overwhelming your team. Each milestone builds toward measurable, sustainable progress.
Strategic alignment built in: We guide your team through critical questions that surface misalignments, clarify ownership, and accelerate decision-making—so AI efforts aren’t stuck in pilot mode.
A peer cohort that makes you smarter: You’ll learn alongside others facing similar blockers, offering fresh insights, real examples, and a community of support beyond your walls.

Frequently Asked Questions
What will we get from participating in the Unified AI Adoption Accelerator?
You’ll gain a clear view of your organization’s current stage within the Scalable AI Adoption Framework (SAAF), grounded in Unified AI Adoption principles. Participants receive personalized coaching to advance one key area of adoption, access to exclusive SAAF/PAAF tools and templates, and the support of a peer cohort to exchange lessons, unblock progress, and build momentum. Most participants also leave with three tangible deliverables—one per month—that demonstrate measurable progress toward Unified AI Adoption, not just experimentation.
Why is this program free? What’s in it for you?
Your participation helps us improve and validate the Unified AI Adoption model (SAAF/PAAF frameworks), strengthen real-world case studies, and better understand how organizations apply Unified AI Adoption across different industries and maturity levels. It also allows us to build long-term relationships with organizations committed to responsible, scalable AI adoption—many of whom become contributors, champions, or partners within the Unified AI Adoption community.
How do we schedule our 1:1 sessions?
You’ll receive a recurring calendar invite for your monthly 1:1 strategy sessions, scheduled during the first two weeks of each month. If the proposed time doesn’t work, you can use the “Suggest a new time” option to reschedule.
Cohort sessions are also scheduled as recurring meetings, typically held on the last Wednesday or Thursday of the month, depending on participant time zones. We strongly recommend completing 1:1s early in the month to allow time to apply Unified AI Adoption concepts through experimentation and reflection before cohort discussions.
Who should attend the sessions?
Each session supports a different layer of Unified AI Adoption, but in general:
Kickoff (pre-recorded) + Cohort Sessions: The original applicant or a designated internal lead responsible for AI adoption
1:1 Strategy Sessions: Cross-functional leaders and key implementers
Can we invite more people from our team to sessions?
Yes. Unified AI Adoption benefits from cross-functional input. We encourage you to involve stakeholders responsible for implementation, governance, documentation, training, or change management. Please be mindful of session length so everyone has space to contribute.
Is the assessment required?
Yes. Completing the assessments are required before your first 1:1. It directly informs your custom accelerator plan and serves as a foundational Unified AI Adoption deliverable.
How much time should we plan to commit each month?
We recommend setting aside approximately 3–5 hours per month total to support meaningful Unified AI Adoption progress, including:
45 minutes for the 1:1 strategy session
~30 minutes for cohort learning and peer exchange
~15 minutes for asynchronous check-ins or discussion
1–3 hours to complete your monthly deliverable or experiment
Time may vary depending on the complexity of your Unified AI Adoption focus area.
How many deliverables will we complete?
Most participants complete three deliverables, one per month. Templates and instructions are provided, but participants are responsible for completing and applying the work within their organization at their own pace.
What if we fall behind?
No problem. Unified AI Adoption is designed to be adaptive, not rigid. If priorities shift or timelines slip, we’ll help you re-sequence your plan without losing momentum. All cohort sessions are recorded, and you may also record your 1:1s for later reference.
Are the resources we receive customized?
Yes. While we provide templates, checklists, and examples rooted in Unified AI Adoption best practices, each 1:1 session is used to adapt those resources to your organization’s goals, workflows, and culture. You complete the work; we help align it to Unified AI Adoption principles so the outputs reflect your real operating environment—not a one-size-fits-all model.
Is this focused on a particular product or vendor?
No—unless a specific cohort has explicitly requested a product-focused track. Unified AI Adoption is vendor-neutral and designed to work across any AI platform or ecosystem, including environments with multiple AI tools and providers. Participants may always request guidance or examples related to specific AI platforms when it’s helpful to their goals.
How does the experiment work?
Each participant selects a core tool-centered experiment that supports their Unified AI Adoption goals. We provide planning guidance and “how-to” instructions grounded in the framework, but you conduct the experiment independently and present your findings during the Month 2 cohort session.
