About Unified AI Adoption Unified AI Adoption helps individuals and organizations move from AI awareness to responsible, practical adoption. The site provides research-informed frameworks, assessments, activities, and resources for building AI readiness, strengthening AI literacy, evaluating use cases, managing risk, establishing AI governance, and creating measurable value from artificial intelligence. The Unified AI Adoption Model connects individual learning and behavior with organizational strategy and governance through two seven-stage frameworks. The Personal AI Adoption Framework (PAAF) guides individuals through Familiarize, Learn, Evaluate, Experiment, Protect, Ingrain, and Grow. The Strategic AI Adoption Framework (SAAF) guides organizations through Discover, Fund, Plan, Experiment, Guardrail, Scale, and Govern. Together, PAAF and SAAF provide a structured approach to responsible AI adoption that connects people, practices, and organizational decision-making. The AI Adoption Lab puts the model into practice with AI readiness assessments, learning activities, role-based resources, templates, and decision tools. These resources help users assess where they are, identify gaps, evaluate opportunities and risks, and determine practical next steps for AI adoption. The Unified AI Adoption Model was developed by Dr. Valeriana Colón, author of Make AI Work, whose work focuses on AI adoption, adult learning, and helping people and organizations translate emerging technology into practical use. Based in Washington, DC, USA | Works globally.
